The Kraus Kreamery Experience

How do I book an event?

There are multiple ways to book! We are just a call or text away at 856-279-1097.

And now you can secure your date and time through our online booking platform. Once you book, we’ll provide you with a preliminary quote. A 50% deposit is required to officially secure your date, and the remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

What happens after I book?

No matter how you reach out- call, text, email, or book online; we will follow up with you to confirm the details of your event. After that you will receive a quote and service contract via email. You will have 30 days from the date you receive the contract to pay your deposit and secure your event date. If the deposit is not paid we will do our best to hold the date you but it is not guaranteed. 

How much is the deposit?

To secure your event date we require a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due at least 1 week prior to the event.

What is included in your service?

Our standard service includes:

  • Premium soft-serve ice cream with chocolate and vanilla flavors. 
  • A variety of fun toppings.
  • An indoor and outdoor setup options.
  • Service during event.
  • Paper products including napkins, cups, spoons, etc. 
  • Clean up

Optional add-ons like event branding and custom flavors.

What setup requirements do you have?

  • Adequate space for our soft-serve cart or table display.
  • Access to a power supply (if needed for the soft-serve machines).
  • Early access to the venue. Contact information to coordinate logistics and at least 1 hour before the event for setup.

What happens if there’s bad weather?

For outdoor events, we recommend having a backup plan, such as a covered or indoor space, in case of bad weather. We are fully mobile and can move our setup to accommodate. Please contact us to discuss options if inclement weather is expected.

What is your cancellation policy?

We know things happen and will be as flexible as possible. Here is our cancellation policy but feel free to reach if you have questions. 

  • 2 Months Prior to Event: If you cancel at least 2 months before the scheduled event, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your deposit.
  • 1 Month Prior to Event: If you cancel at least 1 month before the scheduled event, you are eligible for a 50% refund of your deposit.
  • 1 Week Prior to Event: If you cancel at least 1 week before the scheduled event, you are eligible for a 25% refund of your deposit.
  • Less than 1 Week Prior: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 1 week of the event.
